The capsule should be opened and the full course of treatment is taken thrice (1 dose) every 6-8 weeks. The patient will require 3 capsules a day for up to 10 days.
Do not take Diflucan 150mg Capsule more often than every 3 days. It may make the skin more sensitive. It will only work with treatment for yeast infections. It is to be used only when symptoms improve within days.
This medicine is not recommended for use in children.
Patients should inform their doctors immediately if they take this medicine. Allergic reactions can be severe and may cause a severe allergic reaction. Stop taking Diflucan 150mg Capsule and inform your doctor immediately if you have an allergy to any of the ingredients in Diflucan 150mg Capsule.
Patients who are dehydrated, have blood or kidney problems, may need a blood test for the early stages of the disease. Patients who are in the last 3 months of pregnancy and have become pregnant may need tests to prevent pregnancy. The effects of Diflucan 150mg Capsule on the liver, kidneys and other parts of the body may not be fully understood. The medicine will not affect the treatment of certain infections.
Do not take Diflucan 150mg Capsule if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in Diflucan 150mg Capsule. If you have any other allergies, your doctor may recommend a different drug. Some of the foods or drinks that can interact with Diflucan 150mg Capsule include:
Orlistat is used to help control high blood fats in the blood. This may lead to weight gain and type 2 diabetes. Orlistat is not recommended for use in patients with kidney problems.
